The standard WELLMAX program is priced at £35 per month & offers the following:

Applicants of this scheme will have access to the following services

• Self-Assistance Wellbeing Library. Access granted through online secure website log on
• Telephone Counselling. This will consist of 4 sessions lasting up to 45 minutes
• Email Counselling. This will consist of 2 email sessions 
• Training Workshop. This will consist of a choice of 1 workshop from the IOW list of products
