The WELLMAX PREMIUM program is priced at £300 per month & offers the following:

• Self-Assistance Wellbeing Library. Access granted through online secure website log on
• Telephone Counselling. This will consist of 4 sessions lasting up to 45 minutes
• Email Counselling. This will consist of 2 email sessions 
• Face-to-Face Counselling. This will consist of 2 sessions lasting up to 45 minutes
• Mentoring Sessions. This will consist of 2 sessions lasting up to 1 hour
• Music Therapy Download. This will consist of 1 album download per year
• Training Workshop. This will consist of a choice of 1 workshop per year lasting up to 3 hours each from the IOW list of products
• Training Course. This will consist of a choice of 1 course per year lasting up to 8 hours each from the IOW list of products
• WELLMAX Concierge Services
  • Work Life Balance Assessment. 1 hour assessment meeting with quarterly reviews
  • Know Your Number (KYN) Assessment. 1 hour session to review health status (cholesterol, fat, diabetes, blood pressure, BMI etc…)
  • Personal Fitness Assessment & Equipment Training. 1 hour session in a gym of applicants choice.
  • Nutritionist Consulting. 1 hour diet plan and educational session
  • Lifestyle Support Team. Booking service for leisure events such as weekend spa breaks, leisure activity bookings, etc...

Premium members are also entitled to Executive Coaching & Personal Mentors at an additional service cost.
