The WELLMAX plus program is priced at £75 per month & offers the following:

• Self-Assistance Wellbeing Library. Access granted through online secure website log on.
• Telephone Counselling. This will consist of 4 sessions lasting up to 45 minutes.
• Email Counselling. This will consist of 2 email sessions.
• Face-to-Face Counselling. This will consist of 2 sessions lasting up to 45 minutes.
• Mentoring Sessions. This will consist of 2 sessions lasting up to 1 hour.
• Music Therapy Download. This will consist of 1 album download per year.
• Training Workshop. This will consist of a choice of 1 workshop per year lasting up to 3 hours each from the IOW list of products.
• Training Course. This will consist of a choice of 1 course per year lasting up to 8 hours each from the IOW list of products.
