Happy Children

If you notice your child:

Spending long periods of time alone in their room and appear to be withdrawn
Struggling with their confidence
Giving up activities that they used to enjoy
Cause arguments to avoid events
Avoiding conversation
Becoming negative in everything they say

Then your child could be unhappy. This can lead to depression and affect them as they grow into adults and can affect any child even from under the age of ten through to their teenage years.

More Memories of Michael

For many people of my age (the wrong side of 40), Michael Jackson’s epoch and genre defining “Thriller” was amongst the first record we bought. From the opening electronic stuttering of “Wanna Be Starting Something” to the theatrical wall of sound of the title track, the album was a glimpse of the future of pop: soulful, expertly executed and driven by technology.

Memories of Michael

With the sad loss of Michael Jackson last week and the world in total shock, I asked a few of my friends how they remember him and what impact he had on their lives.

“I watched him singing Billie Jean and how the steps lit up as he danced from one to the next. I sat there in awe!”

“I remember “ABC” from my cheesy nights at Ritzie nightclub.”
